The Next Stage of Your Practice Begins Here.

The Lahari Living Lineage Retreat is a four-day immersion designed for those who feel called to go deeper—into practice, into stillness, into devotion, and into the living current of an ancient lineage that is very much alive.

Hosted by the Founders of Lahari Yoga School, Nikki and Keli, this retreat invites you to step out of the virtual space and into direct experience: practicing together, praying together, learning together, and living the teachings in real time.

This is an opportunity to embody the lineage, not just study it. Welcome home.

Dive Deeper Into Your Practice

A living lineage

The Home of Sri Vidya

Held at the Himalayan Institute’s 400-acre retreat center, this experience is supported not only by ancient teachings, but by the land itself. Nestled in the rolling hills of the Poconos, the campus offers sweeping views, forested trails, open fields, and quiet places intentionally designed for contemplation and inner stillness.

Each day will include structured sādhanā—asana, pranayama, meditation, and study—alongside spacious time to walk the trails, sit in nature, or rest between practices. The rhythm of the retreat honors both discipline and integration, effort and ease.

We’ll gather for morning and evening prayers in the shrine, share kirtan by the fire, study the teachings together, and create a container that supports real transformation—not just inspiration.

This retreat is open to yoga teachers, long-time practitioners, and sincere seekers who feel called to deepen their relationship with practice, lineage, and themselves.

Allow yourself space to soak in the healing energy of a living lineage.

The Land + Lineage

The Himalayan Institute was founded in 1971 by Swami Rama, a pioneer who brought the Himalayan tradition of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda to the West. For more than five decades, this land has been devoted to prayer, mantra, meditation, and disciplined spiritual practice.

Every shrine ceremony, every chanting practice, every silent retreat held here has left an imprint. The grounds themselves are considered part of the practice—holding an energetic field that naturally supports inner stillness, clarity, and devotion.

Practicing here is different.

The cumulative effect of decades of sincere sādhanā amplifies your own. Many practitioners describe feeling more grounded, more focused, and more deeply connected simply by being on the land. This retreat is an invitation to step into that current and allow your practice to be held by a lineage that is truly alive.

The Vibe

This retreat is rooted in simplicity over spectacle.

The accommodations are ashram-style—clean, comfortable, and intentionally understated. The meals are nourishing, vegetarian, and Ayurvedically inspired. The land is quiet and expansive. Everything about this environment is designed not to impress you, but to support you. There are no flashy distractions, no curated luxury moments competing for your attention—only the steady rhythm of practice. When the external world softens, the internal world becomes louder. In this simplicity, your meditation deepens. Your mantra becomes clearer. Your presence becomes fuller. This is a space where less truly allows for more—a return to what yoga was always meant to be: focused, devotional, and transformative.
